Prosciutto style ham made in TN thinly sliced served with mini buttermilk biscuits, house made jam, and whipped pimento cheese and pickles.



Corn tortillas, salsa Verde, cheddar cheese, eggs, garnished with black bean salsa, Pico de Gallo, and avocado crema.

Bear creek pasture raised beef, brioche bun, bacon jam, pimento cheese, arugula on a brioche bun.
